What is the best thing to do for Postpartum Depression without filling up on Anti depressant drugs?

Answer:
Well depression always seems worse when your alone...you feel lonely, empty, isolated and you end up having way too much time to think. Try surrounding yourself with people you care about, people you are happy to see like good friends and family. If this isnt possible sometimes just talking on the phone with them can help change your mind. Also try to make plans for yourself in advance : like tell yourself tomorrow im going to take a walk, then I will have dinner, maybe give my friend a call...having a simple itinerary for yourself can keep you busy enough so you wont always think about how your feeling. Also try to plan little activities for yourself such as renting a movie and finally treat yourself to something nice..buy yourself a little something, after all you deserve it.
Hope this helps a little
A cure for postpartum depression is to just live and do things to improve your life. Medicine often has side effects that make everything worse. Try new things, go new places, go on vacation, talk to friends. You have to make things better for yourself. Counseling could help also. Never hurts to talk but action kicks butt.
I kept a journal of my emotions. I also talked to other mums in the new mothers group (find one in your area, believe me it is well worth it. Don't be shy). Exercise. I was not on any type of drugs, but looking back now I know I had the symptoms. Best of luck.

What is the best tampon brand.?

Tommorow im going to buy/try tampons for the first time im a little nervous, but i want to know which brand works the best

thanks
Answer:
Playtex. They have plastic applicators instead of cardboard which makes them easier to insert. Plus they are better to use if you are young.
The Arnold brand.

Call me. I'll take care of that hole.
always brand. keeps you comfy for starters
tampax pearl
Tampax Pearl are my favorite. They're easy to insert and they've got a braided string so it gives a bit of extra protection just in case.
tampax pearl feels the best and is the best
Tampax Pearl.
I'm not as picky about the brand as I am about makingsure I get a plastic applicator. They seem to go in easier %26 are more comfortable.
I think 'white bread' should change their name to 'inbred'.
playtex sport if your in2 sport or move around alot
or just normal playtex unscented.scented can cause infections.by the way it doesn't hurt just relax when u put it in.

鈾londy101鈾?
Don't be nervous it is a part of life. I like Playtex. They expand all over. Tampax expands up and out. Try a sample box of both and see for yourself. You could try to go on each wesite. sometimes you can get free samples.
I like playtex pearl. Very comfortbable and good protection.
Playtex also makes ones that are "travel" sizes, so you can fit them in your pocket secretly.
Also, if you are into sports %26 very active, they have a playtex sport that is a little different for those of us who move around a lot, and need good coverage - like during sports.

Good luck!!
i love tampax PEARLS..they go in good and they are great protection. Just when you do this for the first time just take your time and breath. know that nothing can get stuck up there and you can not hurt anything inside of you by using a tampon. Try the smallest size they have and then get used to it. once you try a tampon you will love it. no more big bulky pad. they are great.
I think it all depends on your preference. Some tampons are easier to put in than others (Playtex Sport and Kotex are easy to put in). They all have the same absorbency levels, so don't be worried about that). If you don't want an applicator to deal with, try O.B. Some are all natural and you buy those at Whole Foods, or stores like it. Tampax has an extra light tampon which is good when your flow is really light.
I think you will end up trying different ones, but ultimately, you will find one that suits you best.
If you are stuck at an airport, or public restroom, they usually stock Tampax.
Tampax...but stay away from anything scented. Also if you don't want to use your finger to push it in then stay away from O.B. Get the ones with a smooth glide applicator because they are the easiest and most comfortable to get in there.

***ALSO*** get the lowest absorbency possible for your flow...using a tampon that is too 'strong' for you puts you at risk for toxic shock syndrome...and remember to change it every 4-6 hours. Leaving it in longer then that can also put you at risk. Don't get freaked about it but remember that knowledge is power.
Tampax Peral....! are the best
I have tried other brands and i have stuck with these.start off with small ones than work your way up...good luck
i wear tampax pearl plastic, i hate cardboard applicators, they're so uncomfortable going in...plastic is much more comfortable...
definatley....tampax pearls
Tampax pearl is what i hear
I know a lot of people have said this already, but my vote would also be for Tampax Pearl.
I really find that Tampax pearl works well , and if you're tryin tampons for the first time ,you might want to try plastic ,cardboard is a little tricky the first time
ALWAYS!
To feel comfortable always and always
tampax pearl! they come in a cute blue box they have a multipack buy that! it comes w/ lites, regular, super... they have scented and unsented! i luv them
Tampax pearl
whatever you do, stay away from cardboard applicators. the plastic ones make for a much more comfortable insert. i personally hate tampax, and i swear by Playtex Gentle Glide tampons. they're so comfortable.
yeah i want to try wearing tampons too. but i heard the playtex sport works. i heard they were way more comfortable. also some tampons tend to slide out. i heard these dont slide out! i am gunna try this brand.

What is the best tampon brand for first time users?

Answer:
O.B. tampons
i think pearl, but i aint for sure. Look for the Juniors tampons, with applicator.
i like tampax pearl..very very comfortable
my first was tampex no super or anything like that dont wear to long they will cause you to get like yeast infections
I like Tampax Pearl.

For beginners, I would tell you to look for ones with a plastic applicator. They are much easier and smoother to insert.
tampax pearl all the way! it's a lot better than the cheap kind, you know like target brand... just thinking about it makes me flinch...

What is the best size of penis female want it?

what is the best size of penis female want it i have 12 inches
it ok
Answer:
Here's the deal... from the opening of the vagina to the cervix is on average generally only 4 to 6 inches in depth, so size only matters to an extent... it is width that I find pleasurable... because with that footloing penis (which my current b/f has about 10 or 11) you are going to hurt the female trying to ram it all inside...

What is the best recommended time to take a break from the pill??

Answer:
You don't need to take a break from the pill aside from an occasional period (4 times a year at least).
I think this totally depends on you. Talk to your doc about it, as going off the pill can whack out your cycle for a bit until your body adjusts to it, i.e. spotting, shorter and/or longer cycles. It's also something you don't want to do in the middle of a pack - wait until you've had a period (get to the placebo pills) to stop taking it altogether. Again, talk to your doc. You may also want to talk to them about WHY you want to take a break to see what alternate methods might be available to you.

What is the best razor for a women?

i just started shving and i want to know the best razor and the best shaving gel and the gentelest
Answer:
I love the Venus razors as well. I use them with Gilette Satin Care shave gel. Also, for quick touch-ups in the shower when I don't have time to really shave, I like to use the Intuition razor by Schick. There is no need for shave gel as it contains a built-in skin conditioning solid that lathers slightly in water
Any razor, I don't care, I just use it.
Venus!!
ok the best razor is venus, its not expensive or fancy but it works and noxema sensitive shaving vreme or something like that really works it smells good and leaves your skin soft.
Venus' Divine. It's got gel bars on each side and 3 blades. All you need is water. WONDERFUL!
I prefer Skintimate. And for razors well, I am going to switch to Venus soon because I heard those were really good.
i use venus. and i dont remember the shaving stuff i use haha.
i love my husbands mach 3,,,think the venus is the "female"version. i use the aveeno (oatmeal based) sensitive skin shave gel
honestly i like nair alot better then you dont have to worry about cuttin yourself. just test it in a small area to make sure youre not allergic

What is the best product to use for mild vaginal odors?

Answer:
We are suppose to have a slight natural odor(pheromones) .It's to attract the opposite sex.The scent is usual trap in our pubic hair. Some women smell stronger then others,so strong that you can smell it after they used and left the bathroom. You can shave that will help, also thoroughly wash around your anus.Bowel movement cause a smell even if you used the bathroom two days ago.Feces is still going to be there if you neglect that area( use baby wipes after a movement). You should try taking more showers that will help (two a day).Don't worry. EVE feminine wipes or good to use too. Try to stay away from the EVE sprays.
soap and warm water.

gross.
Try shaving your hair off.
Soap and water!
If you are having vaginal odors that are not normal for you, you need to see your gyn or doc. It could be a sign of a few things.

Whatever you do, do NOT douche. Bathe regularly, use personal wipes and keep healthy eating habits.
o to the pharmacy and eat no more sugar no coffe chocolate or tea r mint... they are irritants.

Good luck
soap and water and a visit to your gynaecologist. vaginal odour may indicate a type of yeast infection. take some personal cleansing cloths with you just to freshen up during your work day. good hygiene should cure the problem unless it is in fact a yeast infection.
before becoming pregnant i used to buy theese things that washes out your vagina...(a douche)...
it comes in a squeeze bottle and it cleans it out inside..
i forget what it is called...
but i also used to use theese wipes for that area...
i would ask my dr before using anything tho!..
because you may have somehting serious..!

they can be found at your pharmacy usually in the isle where you buy pads/tampons... and condoms...

good luck!

p.s some answers on here are so rude!...
Vinegar is the best. It will kill the odor and the sperms. It is an old method used by my great grandparents. Also my doctor told me to use it.
Vinegar is added in some douches.
If soap and water doesn't help. If wipes and going to the Ob-gyn doesn't cure it, then it must be diet and weight. People don't realize that what you eat does matter. If it is simple yeasty smell, then you can eat yogurt with acidophilus in it. You can take yeast be gone pills from the health store. If it is fishy and none of the medicines work, then you need to change your diet. Follow a different culture's diet plan. Eat Oriental for a month. See if that works. Read health books about it and try different things and websites too. Douching helps some but destroys others. Everyone's body is different.
You have to experiment with different things. Sprays could worsen condition and powders may dry you out and make it unbearable. Don't forget homepathic cures. They may help. Like stick a clove of garlic in your lower parts, etc. They may not. Up your vitamin C may help. It may not. Drink cranberry juice and eat fiber. May help. May not. Good luck.
~Mild vaginal odor is normal! Do you guys think that under your non-circumcised skin, there is no odor?
Yeast Infections do NOT cause odor, Bacterial Vaginosis does cause odor.
Doctors don't recommend douching, but if you do, use vinegar.
There are feminine wipes, powders, and sprays you can use, but I wouldn't recommend using them very often. They can cause an imbalance.~
DO NOT DOUCHE. DO NOT USE SPRAYS. Seriously, putting that crap in such a sensitive place will cause waaay more trouble than it's worth.

Find a very mild soap with a low pH balance. The vagina is slightly acidic, and you don't want to screw up the pH. When you shower, lather a bit of soap in your hands and rub some of the soap on your vaginal and anal areas. Simple as that.

And yes, a slight musky odour is natural. It is NOT good to smell sour, nor is it good or natural to smell like baby powder.

Use those wipes if you must, but try not to. They're not the best for your vagina, and can cause some irritation.

The vagina is not dirty. The vagina is one of the cleanest places on a woman's body. It cleans itself out naturally. That discharge you get sometimes is the vagina cleaning itself out, which is why putting chemicals up there is such a bad idea. Douches and sprays upset the natural chemical balance. When you do that, your vagina will either have trouble with or no longer clean itself out as it should and you'll be stuck using harsh chemicals on a regular basis.

Don't mess with nature, baby.
Vagisil powder
Vagisil deodorant vagina spray
Cleansing wipes
Douche
Soap %26 Water

What is the best natural/herbal remedy for menopausal loss of sex drive and vaginal dryness? I want sex!?

Answer:
For loss of sex drive ("I want sex!?") ? As a natural aphrodisiac I would recommend some vanilla scent or ylang ylang aromatheraphy oil. Strawberries, chocolate, asparagus... suggestion: burn some vanilla candles, share a ylang ylang massage and share a chocolate fondue with some strawberry dunking! oh yes. A natural remedy for dryness is raw egg white which excellently mimics your bodys natural secretions as is made of similar potein molecules. Good luck x.
bit of a contradiction there ! loss of sex drive but you want sex... make up your mind. As regards dryness, this is normal and either spend more time on 4play or use a lubricant.

What is the best diet pill for reasnable money for men?

Answer:
Do NOT take diet pills! They are dangerous!!

Last year I was visiting my parents and took diet pills on top on my exercise routine and normal diet. I was 26 at the time, 5'11, 180 lbs. By week three I was sick. I had diarrhea, dry heaves, dizziness, headaches, and a general feeling of being sick. I thought I had caught the flu or something. I had lost 13 lbs in 4 days. One morning I told my mom I didn't feel good. My vision kept blacking out and I felt (for lack of a better way to say it) stoned. Later that afternoon I was walking from the bathroom to my bedroom (a 5 foot walk) and I passed out. I was rushed to the hospital emergency where they did a bunch of tests on me.

My pulse was up to 120, My blood pressure was 150/40, they had to start me on an IV, the did an EKG on me, took blood and urine samples, and a whole barrage of other tests.

They finally got me stabilized and said that I was dehydrated and malnutritioned. I told him that I took diet pills. When I mentioned diet pill, the doctors face lit up and said that's why. He said they can cause a whole bunch of health problems, including death. He told me to toss the diet pills or next time I might not be so lucky.

I was kept in the hospital for almost 10 hours, given 3 or 4 IVs, potassium, juices, and monitored (by the EKG, blood pressure, and heart rate machines) every 15 minutes.

Please take my story as a warning. If you seriously want to loose weight there are better ways (I know because I've lost weight after this)

The quickest way to lose weight is to cut out red meats, starches, breads, sugars, alcohol, and sodas.

Eat veggies (salads are good), soups, and drink TONS of water. If you get hungry between a meal, drink water to fill up.

In moderation eat white meats, and fruits (fruits contain natural sugars, and that can put on weight)

Practice portion control. Yes, you'll feel hungry at first, but think of your goal, and soon your stomach will start shrinking and you won't have that feeling anymore.

Eat 5 times a day. A small breakfast. A mid-morning snack, such as an apple. A small lunch. A mid-afternoon snack, such as carrots. A lite dinner. Do not eat any later than 7pm (6pm is better.)

Go exercise for at least an hour - two a day, incorporating weight training along with your cardio. Cardio helps to melt the fat, while weight training builds muscle. Muscle burns fat, even when you are resting. You get the idea. It also gives tone and definition. Also do a few yoga and pilates exercises to help tone those hard to reach and stubborn areas.
I'll tell you this right now: diet pills do NOT work.

They basically do nothing, and can have some pesky side effects. It's just a way for companies to take advantage of people who are desperate to lose weight, which is pretty mean.

If diet pills actually worked, do you think there would be so many overweight people in this world? No. Everyone would be skinny, so there's your proof.

The only safe and effective way to lose weight is diet and exercise. I know, that's the last thing you want to hear, but it's the truth. If you're serious about losing weight then you have to put some will power into it.

Think of how proud you will be once you work for it and succeed! Good luck and best wishes! :)
You should first of all make sure that there is no underlying issue such as a thyroid problem that causes your extra weight and will prohibit you from losing weight no matter what product you take until that issue is resolved.

Xenical works great if you are really overweight but you can definitely count on rather frequent bowls afterwards. I know many people that have lost weight with this but you would have to be considered obese to actually get a prescription for it.

I myself dropped from 200lbs. to 120lbs. but first of all had to get my thyroid treated (nothing was happening before that). I changed my entire diet to organic, Mediterranean and all natural, no preserves, additives and began a work out program 2-3 times a week, specifically tallied to me by a personal trainer (costs less than diet pills).

Before work out I take 3 L-Carnitine Capsules (=900 dose) as L-Carnitine aids the burning of fat. You have to imagine that(very simplified) L-Carnitine is the vehicle that drives the fat cell to the furnace to be burned. Without enough L-Carnitine fat cells cannot be driven there.

But just taking L-Carnitine won't do you any good. Research shows that it only works to supplement aerobic training. The link to one of the studies below, more through google.

Good luck! And don't fall for Hoodia and all those other "miracle" supplements. It will not be easy and it is not what you want to hear, but no diet or pill will help you be healthier and stay slender if you don't change your over all diet and begin to excercise. (Hint: Exercise regularly and it will boost your energy and not take it!)
none, they are dangerous and stupid
As previous mentioned, Xenical is the only registered drug for weight loss, with significant side effects.

You could buy many non prescription drugs, but mos won't work. There are a few exceptions.

The best one is Hoodia Gordonii. It's is a cactus from the Kalahari desert, home of the San People. The San have been using Hoodia for centuries to stave off hunger during their long and arduous hunting trips in the harsh South African wild.
So, it reduces your hunger feeling and you will eat less. There are no side effects while taking this supplement, since it's a natural product.

It's now available everywhere, but you need the supplements which use pure Hoodia. About 80% of Hoodia is fake. For more information please check the Squidoo:
http://www.squidoo.com/bestweight_loss_p...

It's true that a diet pill alone will have a longterm effect. You need to combine this with exercise and diet.

Cheers
Diep

What is the best daily vitamin?

see i have anaemia and i was wondering whats a good vitamin for women?

i heard vitamin A is not so great for you!!??!

what should i take? i'm 23 years old! if that helps!

what brand and kind?

is 10,000 iu to much vitamin A daily?
Answer:
I like one a day energy. It really gives me a boost when i take it in the mid-afternoon!
i think thats ok for vit a. the reason too much isnt so good as its prevents inflammation.. which has to happen for repair... so if your recovering from surgery for example then a low vit a diet is best.
for women id say iron n vit b. Vit b is good to help metabolise iron or something... it also helps the liver detox better (i.e. hangovers... helps detox out alochol quicker to reduce hangovers), and iron obviously due to periods n blood loss. other than that... prob vit c... cos we dont store it and it can help in preventing colds etc.
but just a general daily vitamin for women would do.
hope this helps
(we just did a big lecture on vitamins at uni.. so u asked at a great time!)

once a day vitamins for women.
There is a complete, well balanced nutritional product. It does not cure anything. What it does is it balances your body function and just let the body do what is suppose to do-cure itself.
The product is called Reliv..
you need to talk to me about reliv.
e mail me at relivagain@yahoo.com
i have more answers than you can imagin.i can change your life.
Prenatal vitamins work great for any woman, pregnant or not.
If you have anemia (like me), you just need to be taking an iron supplement, your pharmacist can help you pick out one. It's much better though, if you get your vitamins from food, your body absorbs them better. Try eating more red meat, dark green veggies, or even fortified foods, like some cereals and pop tarts. Vitamin A supplements are a bad idea at your age. If you want plenty of that, eat liver, or eat orange foods, high in beta carotene. You body converts beta carotene to vitamin A. And then stores it in the liver.
I think Iron would be the one for you to take.

What is the best brand of tampon for a new user?

I've been getting my period for over two years now, and I've been to scared to use a tampon. Now my parents booked our beach trip when I always get my period. I really don't want to stay out of the water, but I'm still scared, because I got a yeast infection and was too terrified to use the injector thing. I'm sorry if this sounds wimpy, but are there any suggestions?

My periods are usually pretty heavy.
Answer:
You can get all of your questions about tampons answered here: http://www.tampax.com/questionsanswers1.

My 13 year old daughter uses the Tampax Slender
Well, either get over your fear or stay out of the water.

Try using a slender tampon the first time, they are easier to insert.
I suggest you try Playtex "Slim." They are very slim and comfortable.
I always used Tampax tampons. Another user claimed she has a 13 yr old daughter and I know for a fact, she only had one daughter that died a few years ago.

What is the BEST birthcontrol to use?

I'm going to doctor tomorrow would like to know which birth control pill and if the patch is better? and which makes your gain less weight, big boobs etc?
Answer:
Unfortunately, there's no one best birth control for everyone, or there would be only one birth control available. Because we all have different body chemistry, we all react differently to different pills. The pill that was great for your Mom or sister or best friend may not be a good fit for you.

Any hormonal birth control has the possibility to cause the same set of side effects, good and bad. This can include menstrual changes (often lighter, shorter periods), headaches, weight loss or weight gain (about the same number of women lose weight on the pill as gain weight, and the weight gain is typically under five pounds), mood changes, breast growth or tenderness and more.

I could tell you that I lost weight when I started taking lo-ovral, for example, or had miserable migraines on Zovia, but that won't tell you anything about what might happen to you on either of those pills, nor does it make one pill good and the other bad-simply, it means that one of those pills was a good fit for me, and another wasn't.

The best thing to do is to look at the list of possible side effects from hormonal birth control, consider what your lifestyle is (are you able to remember to take a pill each day at the same time every day, for example) and which side effects you could and couldn't live with. Then, speak to your doctor or health care provider who will be able to consider what he or she knows about your health history, lifestyle, and willingness to cope with different side effects and choose a pill that may be a good fit for you. Remember that it takes about three months to find out whether or not a pill is a good fit for you-it takes about that long for your body to get used to a pill, and for side effects to go away.

Good luck.
trinity this is easy. just put a clothespin on the end of your man's pecker. no worries
abstinence is the best. your doctor will tell you which pill or whatever is best for you. no one else can really tell you which to use.
Try the right lover and abstention
I use the Patch (Ortho Evra)..its very simple actually, you stick it on and it looks like a big band aid or a nicotine patch..and you forget about it..change it 3 weeks in a row, week 4 no patch and pms arrives..its rather simple..and easy..

much less hassle then having to constantly take a pill daily..
i take enough pills, allergy meds, head ache meds..etc etc.. don't need to take one more and feel like a druggy hahaha..

Its up to you of course if u want hassle or something quick, simple and easy. :)
I have been on birthcontrol for about 15 years. My favorite has been the generic version of Seasonale. You still have to take a pill every day, but you only have a period every three months. To me that has been the greatest benefit. It hasn't seemed to cause any excess weight gain.
If you are looking for anything long term then I would reccommend the IUD. It isn't totally uncomfortable when it gets put in and you don't have to worry about it for 5 years! So much better than taking pills everyday! And-there are no side effects! I've had it for 1 year and have had no problems thusfar. Good luck!

What is the best birth-control tablrt and when is the right time to break ur virginity?

Answer:
It is always best to be in a sexual relationship with someone you care very much about, who also cares about you very much. If you want to start having sex with someone, hopefully you can be with them for a long time in a relationship. You can always talk with your partner, and ask them questions about your relationship so that you can gauge if having sex is right for both of you. Make sure you always express how you feel, what you are and are not willing to do, and what is important to you in a sexual relationship. Being sexually involved can be very stressful on your emotions, so make your decision carefully. Make sure the person you are considering having sex with really deserves you, and that you are really happy with them. Make sure they also care about you and will pay attention to your needs/concerns. There is no "right" time to give up your virginity. It will be different for everybody. It is a decision you will need to make, judging by how comfortable you are with yourself, your relationships, and possible consequences.

There are so many options in birth control these days that are all equally effective (not just pills). You can go over all the options in confidentiality with your doctor, a gynecologist, or a clinic professional and talk about the specifics of each method and each brand. After that you can make a decision about what kind of method you want to use (maybe depending on how often you have to take it, if you know you will be able to take it regularly, what kind of method is right for your life style, what you're comfortable with doing, what other conditions it treats (like PMS or acne), and a lot more). If you are responsible enough to be having sex, then of course you are responsible enough to choose how you want to protect yourself. And remember! Condoms are the only birth control method that protects against sexually transmitted diseases and infections.

Take care of yourself!
As far as the best birth control pill, it depends on a lot of things. You need to talk to your doctor about it,and they will prescribe what is right for you.As for your other question. The "right" time to break your virginity is whenever YOU feel ready. It's your decision, don't let a guy force you into it. I am sure all the women who answer you here will tell you the same thing. Be ready, make sure the time is right for you. And if you are not on the pill already, remember that it takes a while before it is fully in your system. You can't take it today, have sex tomorrow and hope you don't get pregnant. Even on the pill, always best to use a condom. Have fun and play safe/

What is the average weight for a girl 12 years old ?

Whats the average weight when you are 12 and around 4'11-5'0??
Answer:
85 to 100 lbs. Anything more is too heavy, but at your age, see your doctor before dieting because some girls do go through a growth spurt similar to guys around 13 or 14 and then you will be slim and taller. Do exercise everyday for at least 30 minutes and watch the soda and junk food intake.

I went from 85 lbs and 4'8" to 110 lbs and 5'3" in one summer, got my period and boobs the same summer at 13. So, check with the doctor.
100 lbs

What is the average weight 4....?

a ten year old girl going on eleven
plays swimming
hasn't started puberty
4 foot 8 1/2 inches
whats an average weight
Answer:
between 85-115 pounds
95
My daughter is 12 and she weighs 75 pounds. She's thin, but average height for her age. I think it all depends on each individual person.
Take it easy babe, unless you are very heavy (over, say, 125 lbs at your age and height) I would not worry about it too much. Just try to eat things that are good for you most of the time and make sure to get a lot of running and playing outdoors in. You will be fine.
85lbs

What is the average size women prefer in a penis?

Answer:
big enough to give pleasure, but not so big that it causes pain... 6 1/2 - 8 1/2 should be about right. and performance is KEY. there are also positions that can make a man's penis *seem* bigger or smaller, depending on what the lady prefers.
Whatever works. Not too big, not too wide.
that you have one and its not crooked!
Its not the size...its how you work it..use it and the rest of you needs to know how to accompany it!
performance is much more important then size
In TALK: 3 yardsticks.
In intercourse, about 7.

But.. It's not how big or small, it's how you do it.
it's definitely not the size although some would argue. it's being in touch with your partner how you use it and try to get on that even symbionic wavelength with each other!!
disagree let me know.
That its how they use it thing is bullshit! It is very I'mportant how they use it but you gotta be able to feel it to so im gonna say 7 inches and up is good but 7 would be the perfect size not too big and not too small.
I thought it was the size of the money in your wallet!
2 inches.

What is the average foot size of a 10-11 y/o girl?

What is the average foot size of a 10-11y/o girl? Tell me what foot size is normal for a 10-11 year old girl?
Answer:
like a size 4, 5 or 6. and it depends how tall u are. if u are short ur feet may be smaller. but if u are tall, ur feet may be bigger
depends. Ide say8-9
my foot size is 8 1/2 but it really depends on your hight too
7-8
the average foot size of a healthy 10-11 y/o girl would be 6 to 7.
i think when i was 10 i was like like a 6 1/2...? most girls end up as a 8 or 81/2 though
It depends on your height.
My daughter 11 class just measured their feet a few days ago. The foot size in her class ranged from size 5 to size 8, with an average of about 7. These kids all have 'normal' sized feet for their body size.

Over all size has a big impact on foot size, but it is not always height. Different people have different sized body parts. My daughter is the third shortest in her class and has the biggest feet out of 12 girls.

It goes with everything else, we all have different breast size, eye size, nose size, ear size, bone structure, etc... There is no 'normal' anything and it just goes with who they are and how they are built.
It really does depend on your height (how tall you are).

What is the ave. cycle day an egg is released for a women?

Answer:
on Avg women ovulate on day 14 of a typical 28 day cycle. However there are many individual variances between women. Lots of women don't have an exact 28 day cycle and even those that do factors like stress and nutrition can change and individuals cycle and their ovulation time. You can buy kits to find out if you are ovulating if you are trying to fall pregnant. There is also a method of noting the changes in the mucus in the vagina known as "The Billings Method". For more info go to www.billings-ovulation-method. or do a search for the billings method.

However if you are trying to prevent pregnancy trying to judge when you are ovulating is a risky method and not as safe as combining it's use with another contraceptive method. Condoms are easy and reliable the pill is also another good option.

However for people who don't have access to other birth control methods this method provides some control over pregnancy.

Hope that helped.
An average period for a women is every 28 days. If your regular your fertile 14 days after the first day of your last period for usually 2-4 days I think.
The "average" day is between days 12 and 14. Unfortunately, no woman is average, so it's hard to say. They have thermometers that you can use to know exactly when you're ovulating. Check the fertility/family planning section of your local drugstore.
ovulation occurs 14 days before your next period is due.
if your periods are 28 days apart, then on the 14th day, if your periods are (for example) 32 days apart, then you would ovulate on the 18th day of your cycle.
"?when is pregnancy most likely?”
the blanket-statement (hahahaha no pun intended!)
"when she’s dry the seed will die, when she’s wet a baby you will get"
AND "two weeks in is 9 months out"
is explained like this:
wet/dry= after a cycle the natural moister is nearly gone "dry". then increases to 'watery'. The natural moisture continues to change viscosity to being somewhat like clear raw-egg whites then tacky (creamy), ending with blood cycle….
"ripe" for pregnancy is when her natural moister is that of raw egg whites= WET
which is USUALLY two weeks after completion of the cycle.
BEST bet, measure her temperature orally for 30 days. Chart it. Note the day it is lowest. a woman’s temperature DROPS 1-2 degrees the day the egg is ripe.
Coinciding with WET.
you can purchase an ovulation-thermometer at most Rx stores….and condoms….to be “warn” %26lt;grin%26gt; EVERY time. keep in mind, sperm out-lives “the moment”…for DAYS!

What is the age for over the hill? Is it 40 or 50?

Answer:
Traditionally it is 40---but it should be 50!! (I'm getting too near to 40...lol)
its not 40 or 50 more like 80
I think that over the hill is whenever a person begins to feel that way... You can go into some gag gift stores and see over the hill items for as young as thirty... and if you feel over the hill then you probably are. Alot of times people well into their 60's-70's feel really good so should we consider them over the hill still... I dont personally think so!
They say it's 40 for women and 50 for men.
it is 50 because that is when the eyes sight goes down,
hairline moves back, hearing goes down, the sense of touch, taste and smell weakens, and the blood pressure rises, weight gain, tough to lose it, arthritis in the body and immune system weaking so it is tougher to fight of colds and other bacteria
Neither! You're as young as you feel!
I don't think there is a real answer to this..."over the hill" is just an expression.
Technically though...human developmentalists generally consider from about 20-40 as "early adulthood", about 40-60 as "middle adulthood".

What is that thick, flaky discharge? (bedroom confession)?

I am 20 years old and I have unprotected sex with my boyfriend. We've been sexually active for more than a year. We tried using a condom a couple of times, but every time we tried, there were serious issues. His penis wouldn't be hard enough, the condom isn't lubricated enough, or my body would reject it. Without a condom, it is more intimate and sexual and it is just so much more comfortable without it. We use the "pull out" technique and I haven't gotten pregnant so it works for us. By the time my boyfriend has finished his business, my "juices" dries up and becomes flaky and it sticks to my boyfriend's penis. We've joked about it and said that "it's nothing" but I have been worried and concerned for quite some time.
I don't know if this is normal or if something is wrong with me. I'm too scared and embarrased to go to an obgyn so please leave me comments %26 answers, they will be greatly appreciated.
Answer:
This is normal. Also you should never be embarassed to talk to your doc about these things as this is what they went to school for. How is a doc supposed to help you if you are to embarassed to talk to him/her. You really do need to start using some form of birth control because there is sperm in precum and one of these days you will wind up pregnant. Have you considered trying the today sponge, vaginal contraceptive film or the female condom?
If you are sexually active, and especially not using protection you need to see an ob/gyn. Why be embarassed? Go to a women if it makes it more comfortable.

I know you didn't want this answer but if you are having sex you should see a doctor.
Astroglide...:) If ya'll are taking a long time, its natural to not be quite so "juicy". Besides, having sex when you aren't lubricated can cause you to tear or be very uncomfortable. I see that you say ya'll use the pull out method...I just want to let you know that I have living proof that it doesn't always work...his name is Tyler and he's 7 years old.
normal, that's why you wash up afterwards
Of course it's normal. Any juice, when it dries, leaves a residue so why wouldn't the stuff from your vagina?

Please also know that the withdrawl method doesn't work very well...a man can have sperm in the precum that comes out of his penis without him even knowing it before or during sex. It doesn't ahppen all the time but it DOES happen. If you don't want to get pregnant...go on birth control. I know how much condoms suck believe me.I hate them...so I had an IUD inserted that lasts five years before you have to have it changed. No having to remember to take your pill or get your shot every 3 months! Good luck.

What is that funny feeling?

what is that feeling i get its feels like am pregnant its like something is kicking me and i can actualy feel it too feels really weird can anyone explain that have you had that before to ?
Answer:
I have this feeling sometimes - it freaks me out. Not like kicking but like fluttering (first feelings of baby in pregnancy). I always just figured it was either something akin to dejavu or gas. . haha.
have you ever seen the movie alien? It could be one of those.
are you pregnant? if your not pregnant there is really nothing that would be moving around inside of you. maybe it is a parasite of some sort.
Is it in your belly? I guess you should go to a doctor if it persists for over 1 week.
If you are not pregnant then it could be a range of things.. could even be just gas. I would go to the doctor just for a check up
It can be a few things causing the sensation. One is gas, the other is muscle spasms. The abdomens mussel's contract sometimes making feel almost like a baby moving. Weird feeling, I've had it myself. There might be other explanations because everybody is different. Hop this helps, have a good day.

What is t.....?

what is tss help fast thanks
Answer:
Toxic Shock Syndrome...Symptoms of TSS include sudden high fever, a faint feeling, watery diarrhea, ... Toxic shock syndrome (TSS) is a serious but uncommon bacterial infection. ...
Toxic Shock Syndrome
Toxic Shock Syndrome
Toxic shock syndrome (TSS) is a serious but uncommon bacterial infection. TSS was originally linked to the use of tampons, but it is now also known to be associated with the contraceptive sponge and diaphragm birth control methods. In rare cases, TSS has resulted from wounds or surgery incisions where bacteria have been able to enter the body and cause the infection.

The symptoms of TSS include sudden high fever, a faint feeling, watery diarrhea, headache, and muscle aches. If your child has these symptoms, it's important to call your child's doctor right away.

There are steps you can take to prevent TSS. Hand washing can play an important role in guarding against TSS. And if your daughter is just starting her menstrual period, she should understand what precautions she can take to prevent this infection.

What Is Toxic Shock Syndrome?
There are actually two different types of this condition. Toxic shock syndrome, which is caused by Staphylococcus aureus bacteria, has been associated with the use of tampons. (TSS was initially linked to a particular type of tampons, which has since been taken off the market.) Although the exact connection is still not clear, researchers suspect that certain types of high-absorbency tampons provided a moist, warm home where the bacteria could thrive.

Although TSS usually occurs in menstruating women, it can affect anyone who has any type of staph infection, including pneumonia, abscess, skin or wound infection, a blood infection called septicemia, or a bone infection called osteomyelitis.

A related infection, streptococcal toxic shock syndrome, or STSS, is caused by streptococcus bacteria. Most often STSS appears after streptococcus bacteria have invaded areas of injured skin, such as cuts and scrapes, surgical wounds, and even chickenpox blisters. It almost never follows a simple streptococcus throat infection (strep throat).

Symptoms
Toxic shock syndrome
Toxic shock syndrome from staphylococcus starts suddenly with vomiting, high fever (temperature at least 102 degrees Fahrenheit [38.8 degrees Celsius]), a rapid drop in blood pressure (with lightheadedness or fainting), watery diarrhea, headache, sore throat, and muscle aches. Within 24 hours, a sunburn-like rash appears. There also may be bloodshot eyes and an unusual redness under the eyelids or inside the mouth (and vagina in females). After that, broken blood vessels may appear on the skin. Other symptoms may include: confusion or other mental changes; decreased urination; fatigue and weakness; thirst; weak and rapid pulse; pale, cool, moist skin; and rapid breathing.

Streptococcal toxic shock syndrome (STSS)
Streptococcal toxic shock syndrome can happen following a streptococcus infection in the body, most often a skin infection or an infected wound. Within 48 hours of infection, the person's blood pressure drops dangerously low, and he or she may have fever, dizziness, confusion, difficulty breathing, and a weak and rapid pulse. The skin may be pale, cool, and moist, and there may be a blotchy rash that sometimes peels. The area around an infected wound can become swollen, red, and have areas of severely damaged or dying flesh. The liver and kidneys may begin to fail, and bleeding problems may develop.

Prevention
The bacteria that cause toxic shock syndrome can be carried on unwashed hands and prompt an infection anywhere on the body. So hand washing is extremely important.

Females can reduce their risk of TSS by either avoiding tampons or alternating them with sanitary napkins. If a girl uses only tampons, it's important to choose tampons with the lowest absorbency that will handle her menstrual flow and to change the tampons frequently. Between menstrual periods, it's a good idea to store tampons away from heat and moisture (where bacteria can grow) - for example, in a bedroom rather than in a bathroom closet.

Because staphylococcus bacteria are often carried on dirty hands, it's important to wash your hands thoroughly before and after inserting a tampon. If your daughter is just starting her menstrual period, she should know about taking these precautions. Any female who has recovered from TSS should check with her doctor before using tampons again.

The best defense against STSS is to clean and bandage all skin wounds as quickly as possible. Call your doctor immediately whenever a wound becomes red, swollen, or tender, or if a fever begins. Although STSS almost never follows strep throat, it's wise to check with your doctor whenever your child has a sore throat with fever, particularly if your child's condition is worsening despite medical treatment.

Diagnosis and Treatment
Doctors typically diagnose TSS and STSS by doing a physical exam and conducting blood tests that assess a child's liver and kidney function. In toxic shock syndrome, doctors may want to rule out conditions like measles or Rocky Mountain spotted fever, which can produce similar symptoms. A doctor may also take samples of fluid from an abscess, boil, or infected wound to look for a possible source of staphylococcus or streptococcus infection.

Doctors typically treat TSS with antibiotics. If there is a pocket of infection, like an abscess, a doctor also may need to drain the infected area. A child who has TSS is monitored for signs of shock until the condition has stabilized and seems to be improving. Steroids are also sometimes used to treat severe cases of TSS.

As with TSS, doctors typically treat STSS with antibiotics and give intravenous fluids and medications to maintain normal blood pressure. Surgery is sometimes necessary to remove areas of dead skin and muscle around an infected wound.

When to Call Your Child's Doctor
Call your child's doctor immediately if your child has any of the following signs and symptoms:

Signs of shock: Go to the emergency department immediately or call an ambulance if your child has cold hands and feet; a pulse that is fast and weak; confusion or other mental changes; pale, moist skin; shortness of breath; abnormally fast breathing; or a strong feeling of anxiety or fear.
Signs of TSS: Look for fever; rash (especially a rash that looks like sunburn); nausea and vomiting; watery diarrhea; confusion or other mental changes; and decreased urination. If your daughter uses tampons, ask her to tell you immediately if she notices any unusual vaginal discharge, especially if it smells strange or bad. Most of the time that will be due to other causes, but no matter the cause, it still rates evaluation.
Signs of STSS: Look for the symptoms of shock listed above, plus a fever; blotchy rash; and an area of infected skin that is red, swollen, and painful.
Once you realize that something is wrong, it's important to get medical attention right away. The sooner your child gets treatment, the quicker the recovery will be.

sory its kinda long but i hope this helps!

What is spot bleeding? and how you would know that youre spot bleeding?

please tell me. how long it lasts? oh please
Answer:
some women go through spotting during their ovulation...i read somewhere that it's a sign of good fertility...it lasts abt 1 or 2 days and usually happens between periods (2 weeks after your periods start, and around 2 weeks before your next period).
I was wondering what this is too.I think it's when you're pregnant not totally sure though!!
as far as i know its just irregular bleeding which occurs anytime in the month, not during periods. it could be caused by pregnancy, or infection, or contraceptive pills, or after intercourse.
it might occur just for a day or multiple days, depends on whats causing it. if u think u have a problem which is causing it (mind u, it is normal to have irregular periods if ur young, so that does not really count), u should ask a doctor.

What is something that can help with nausea?

Answer:
peppermint or spearmint.try gum?
eating.
lying down.
rest.
tums, pepto bismal.
Pepto-bismal. NaUsIa HeArTbUrN InDiGeStIoN UpSeT StOmAcH DiAhRiAh
Sometimes a simple peppermint candy will work great for upset stomach/ nausea
You first have to state why you are nautious.
Travel sickness can be treated in many cases with eating raw ginger, an old remedy. Morning sickness is hard to treat but talk to your doctor. If you don't know why you are nautious, talk to your doctor. Nausea can also have emotional causes.
Peppermint
dry toast
club soda
Check with your physician. They have great drubs now that will knock it out immediately.
Soda crackers (saltines) %26 lemonade also peppermint
Try sucking on mints and eating dry crackers.
When I'm nauseous, (if I don't have any Phenergan) I drink cold ginger ale and nibble on saltine crackers. You may want to try and call your Dr. and get him/her to call you in a Rx for Phenergan (unless you're pregnant, of course).
a couple of people have already said peppermint and saltine crakers. sometimes 7up can help.stir the bubbles out of it first. also, ginger ale works.

over the counter medicines work.such as pepto bismol. if you are having nausea that lasts a long time and won't go away you should go to the doctor.
besides the things already listed here, you can also try an anti-nausea liquid. you can usually get these at any drug store, and the generic is usually just called "anti-nausea liquid" good luck!

What is something filling that I can eat during the time prior to my cycle?

It's like I keep craving something and I can't never figure out what it is and I just keep eating. This is not a good thing because I have been really good and lost a pile of weight since last year at this time but this week always gets me.

In savoury foods A big Cobb salad and multi-grain Wasa Crispbreads do it for me.
maybe a Bannana because It is filling and good for you..
salad is tremendously filling. try high fiber cereal like frosted mini wheats too they're not too many calories and will fill you up
Drink lots of water %26 snack on fruit or salad when you get the munchies. Not only will you feel full but you'll be eating healthier and you'll keep the pounds off. Don't forget to exercise!
Try protein. Cheese, peanutbutter or protein drinks.

What is so pleasurable about being stabbed in the vagina repeatedly with a penis?

Answer:
lesbian, right? well, let me tell you 0+0 doesnt make sense. but 1+0 makes plenty of sense
Stop being so jealous.
Lots. :) Nerve endings make it feel good. I guess you're not a girl?
Lol, it's not stabbing. It stimulates pleasureable nerves in the vagina. Only if a guy is being a bit rough does it feel like stabbing. Other than that its quite Nice.
you obviously have never had it done
You'll never know until you've tried it.

Unless you DID try it and it hurt, in which case you need a more experienced partner. It felt great the first time I had sex.

What is sleeping sex?

Answer:
wet dreams? Those are fun. :)
i have no idea, i have never heard of this, sorry
dreams??
http://www.urbandictionary.com/define.ph...
ah yes.i have 2 asnwers ^-^
1:it is a wet dream or having an orgasm while sleeping from a sexual dream of sorts!
2:its a disorder that causes you to try and have sex... even rape or strangle a partner in your sleep! Disturbing and weird condition related to sleep walking.
i myself was curious about it the first time i heard it too~though as dangerous as the disorder sounds it can also be fainting from sexual pleasure...such as having sex and your body over-rides and the pleasures causes you to faint~
*i dont know anything other than that sorry if i could not be of assistance*
There was something about this on a hospital soapy "all saints". Basically a person sleepwalks and has random sex with strangers. They say its a sleep disorder, not a sex disorder.

What is safe sex period ? How to count days from last MC?

Answer:
Because menstrual cycles vary from person to person and can vary from month to month in an individual, there is really now way of knowing exactly when the mucous plug in the cervix is thin enough to allow sperm through.

The period of vulnerability is mid-cycle, as previous folks have answered, but the only way to be sure is to have a blood test for estrogen and progesterone levels along with a chart showing her base line and previous cycle levels to know where a woman is in her cycle. Needless to say, there aren't too many women who would be willing to do that just so their boyfriend/husband wants to have unprotected sex.
life
safe sex? how old are you? counting from your MC is 14- 15 days from the first day that's when you ovulate that means that is the most likely time you can get pregnant.
here we go buddy.. first u need to know what is the first day
well the first day is when she starts bleeding... now keep numbering the days..
ist 10 days are safe than pause for 14 days... the next days until she bleed again are safe too.
the 14 days period is not safe.
No such thing. I have a friend that got pregnant during what was normally her "safe sex" time. Don't count on it.
safe sex period is when no body can see you or detect you while having sex..lol...
If the girl has 30 days period (mensus in every 30th day) - aproximate ovulation is happened on 15th day (just half). so we can tell that 11th to 19th day is not safe

What is safe days for sex w/o using condom (not getting pregnent)?

Answer:
Sorry, no shortcuts to safety.other than abstinence.
Abstinence
never. don't have kids.
lol...you spelling error is funny...wouldn't that be great if there were SAFE DAYS for sex so you wouldn't get pregnant on those days...lol...
Well, most woman ovulate the 14th day after the first day of their last period...but forget that-ALWAYS use protection if you are not ready to deal with the consequences.
immediatelly after your period is over, the chances are very low.

If you're married and you love kids, sex is always safe. I'm tired of all this "SAFE SEX" crap. get married people and quit being so selfish and kid-phobic.
Also, it IS possible to have birth control without condoms and pills. It's called Natural Family Planning. And it's effectiveness rate is just as good as condoms contrary to the biased data against it.
The fact is that a woman CANNOT be fertile for more than 2 weeks in a month... she is really only fertile for a couple of days at most, but because sperm can live longer, it is possible to get pregnant within a 2 week period each month. That means that there are 2 weeks when you can have all the sex you want and the chances of getting pregnant are a big fat 0. The whole thing is knowing when those 2 weeks are and keeping your pants zipped during the fertile period. It is possible and we have done it for years.
If you screw around outside marriage that is your problem, enjoy whatever STDs you can find..etc. But quit hitting people over the head with all this safe sex crap... there is NO SAFE SEX for people outside marriage.
and did I mention... I hate condoms!
With some woman there are no safe days. I got pregnant thinking the same thing. I wouldn't risk it. Get on birth control.
really there isn't, just after you have had your period is the best time or during (but can be messy...)
either get on the pill or use a condom. don't forget there is also loads of STDs out there, you have to be careful.
think about it.
You can pretty much get pregnant whenever depending on how your cycle runs, but typically right after your period and right before your period are the safest days. About 14-18 days after your period is when you're most fertile, but really you should use a condom always or at least get yourself on the pill.
Atleast 3 days before periods is safe for sex without a condom.
none
none! you can get pregnant at all times.
my mom told me that the closer u are to your period the less chance u have of getting pregnant. but always use safe sex. never go unprotected because u never know what kinds of things u can pass to your partner. or get from your partner.
NONE!!Remember STD's, AIDS!!Alwalys use protection. If you are married get on birth control
nothing is safe wihtout a condum. besdes a felamle condom but birthcontrol isnt completely affective and it doesnt protect you from STD's. dont worry about getting pregante as much cause pregnacy you can have oppurtunitys to still have your life with an STD you never will be the same. think about it. but always use a condum safer then sorry if you chose not to abstenet.
There are no absolutely safe days for having sex without a condom if you are trying to avoid pregnancy.

Your least likely days to get pregnant would be the ones surrounding your period on either side by a few days. Your risk increases the closer you are to the middle of your cycle between periods, where you would be ovulating.

However, to avoid pregnancy, it would be best to use a safer sex method. If you do not like condoms, there are always other methods available - talk to your local Planned Parenthood or family doctor for options.
i would say never.
There are no "safe days". There are days where the risk of getting pregnant is lower, but there is always a chance that you can get pregnant. Always use a condom.
Days are safe... nights aren't heheheheh

Well some say 3 dyas after the periods are over are safe.

But what have you against condom? It is safer to use conodms for many other reasons!

Enjoy...

What is s.......?

what is sex and how does it wor and how do u do it tanks answers fast
Answer:
you really should be asking your parents that. It isn't something to take lightly or casually, even though it usually is. If you are asking these questions, you are definitely not ready to be having sex. You really need to wait until you're more mature.
go ask your mom.
dude... how OLD are you?1
You don't. From your previous question...being that you started your period, you can now get pregnant. Let me assure you, it isn't worth it. It can be much later in life, but right now---just a big disappointment.
ASK YOUR MOM
Sex is:

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/human_sexua...

Pretty much, it is when a man inserts his penis into a woman's vagina for the purpose of feeling good, reproduction, or rape.
LOL you need to talk to your parents or at least google it... look at porn...IDK what else to tell you.

Answer:

What is pre ***?

can it get your pregnant?
Answer:
It is pre-ejaculate. When a guy gets an erection, they often excrete this fluid quite some time before the final ejaculation.
It does contain viable sperm, all though not as much as normal ejaculate. But it DOES contain sperm, so yes it can get you pregnant. So if using condoms as birth control, the guy needs to put one on before he touches your vagina with his penis or you could get pregnant.
Wht` is pre?
Pre-EJACULATE is the lubricating fluid that the man develops prior to ejaculation in order to lubricate the passage down the urethra for the flow of semen.

While pre-ejaculate does not contain a LOT of sperm in comparison to an ejaculation (which contains 6-7 MILLION), pre-ejaculate DOES contain sperm...on the order of 10-75 thousand sperm.
And let's remember that it only takes ONE sperm to get a woman pregnant.

So if you do not want to be pregnant, NEVER EVER have sex without a condom...from the time the penis leaves his protective shell (i.e., underwear) to the moment the penis leaves the vagina.
Pre *** is simple pre ejaculated fluid. You can't get pregnant from it.

But you can get pregnant from what comes afterwards, so I would be careful.
If I get your meaning: before the total climax there is a bit of pre-release. (Biologically I think it is to prepare the lining of his to make it spunk friendly.) Health class says: yes - it can have some live swimmers in it so it could make you pregnant. That's why withdrawl is said to be unreliable. In reality - withdrawl has always been good enough for me. (What to do next gets interesting - but you didn't ask me that.)

What is polyestic ovarin sydrome??

i was told by my doctor that is what i got a couple of months ago. i just wanted to know more about it.
Answer:
Polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS) is a health problem that can affect a woman's menstrual cycle, ability to have children, hormones, heart, blood vessels, and appearance. With PCOS, women typically have:

-high levels of androgens (AN-druh-junz). These are sometimes called male hormones, although females also make them.
-missed or irregular periods
-many small cysts (sists) in their ovaries. Cysts are fluid-filled sacs.
It can occur in girls as young as 11 years old. PCOS is the most common cause of female infertility (not being able to get pregnant). The cause of PCOS is unknown. Most researchers think that PCOS runs in families. Women with PCOS tend to have a mother or sister with PCOS. Still, there is no proof that PCOS is inherited.
It is caused by a hormone problem and other things.
It is where the body prepares to make an egg and the egg sack swells up on the ovary but for some reason, usually hormone imbalance, the sack doesn't finish maturing and release the egg, and instead is slowly reabsorbed by the body.
It is a hormonal disorder that affects ovulation, menstruation, insulin production %26 usage, and metabolism. You do not have to have cysts to have PCOS. And it does run in families.

What is PMSing like?

I need details
Answer:
It's like losing control of your body and emotions.while feeling pain if you can imagine that.
Its horrible-you act like a b!@#$ to everyone, get baad mood swings, and feel like crying all the time, and get mad at the stupidest things!i hate it!
Well, besides the complete incontrol of emotions, where you feel incredibly sad and even sometimes cry at the slightest hint of emotion (even commercials!), and the raging anger at the most miniscule of reasons that you cannot explain, there is also the acne which makes you feel like a complete loser and very dirty with the greasy face, and the abdominal pain and cramps, which can cause you to jump to the ceiling from a serene sitting or lounging position when they come. Then, there's the bloating, which causes you to feel like Shamyu the whale, and the gas, which is at the least embarrassing, and very painful. Also, sometimes there is associated diarrhea. Combine all of these, and you have a very vulnerable, overemotional woman in a lot of pain, and someone asking her throughout it all "what's your problem?!"
Where do I begin. You feel bloated like a balloon, your tummy hurts, your emotions are all over the place, this minute your happy the next you want to eat off everyone's head.

Your stomach feels upset you might throw up,your head back and joints hurt. You some times have no appetite. And the worst part you might even have break outs. And you want to slap your boyfriend when he says it can't be that bad.

What is my problem?

I don't feel well these days here are my symptoms : after I drink my morning coffee I get nausea. After lunch today I felt all dizzy and nauseous.I have less energy. At my desk I got so sick I was holding my chest %26 I really needed to lie down.. It passed after about 5 minutes but still. I get nauseous when I spend more than 15 minutes in the car. I get more headaches then usual. I'm 22. I'm not all that healthy... I mean I don't do reagular exercise or anything but I'm not sick or obese or anything. I'm not pregos, I have an IUD.
Answer:
Could be a few things, but I would suggest first and foremost you may be anemic. This is basically a lack of iron in your blood, which will cause many of the symptoms you describe such as a lack of energy, dizziness, and frequent headaches.

Try iron supplimented vitamin pills, one-a-day. No need for a prescription, you should be able to find them at your local pharmacy or shopping center. You should definitely get it checked out by a doctor if your symptoms are severe or last for more than a few days, though.

Foods rich in iron are also a plus, as well as foods containing Vitamin C (which helps the absorption of iron into your body). A few examples of iron-rich foods - beans, whole grains, spinach, dried fruits, red meat.

As for the nausia and stomach cramps... period pains, perhaps? Severe, stabbing cramps could also be trapped wind, which (while being an embarassing ailment to admit to) can potentially be one of the most painful things you're likely to experience, besides childbirth. Luckily not everyone gets it so bad, but it has the potential. Just know that it's not necessarily a sign you're dying if you're doubled over in pain on the floor... it could just be wind. ;)

If your symptoms continue for more than a week or so, and you're not on your period, and you're not anemic, you should definitely make a Dr.s appointment, just to get checked out.
are you sure you're not pregnant? With the symptoms you're describing it sounds as though you are pregnant. You should get a pregnancy test just to make sure. Maybe you just have exhaustion?
r u iron deficient/anaemic?
See your doctor for a complete checkup including bloodwork to find out what is causing this.
It does sound a lot like pregnancy, but it could be dehydration also. Maybe that coffe has something to do with it? Try drinking more water

What is menopause?what are its symptoms?what should one do after its onset?

Answer:
What is menopause?
At what age does a woman typically reach menopause?
What conditions can affect the timing of menopause?
What are the symptoms of menopause?
talk to your gyn.
it is when a woman's hormones really start changing n she stops ovulating, starts gettin hot flashes, all sorts of stuff. its not called 'the change'' for nothing

Apparently it starts with irregular and prolonged periods . night sweats , foggy mind sometimes , mood swings , disintrest in sex , dryness , increased thrush . Pop along to your dr and have a blood test .
hot flashes, mood swings, nagging and nagging and nagging and hot speals and mood swings and ..
a historectomy is the cure, and it should start in women over 50
what is menopause ?

Female are born with fixed number of ovum. I believe it is 360 to 400.

After a certain age 12 years to 16 year most female start having the period, each ovary release alternately one ovum per about 28 days.

In the beginning for most female, it is like a clock work. When they(eggs/ovum) are all gone the period stops. Monthly release of blood like fluid or bleeding come to an end.

But some female experience lot of irregularity, along with discomfort of all kind just before all the egg are exhausted. This is the start of the menopause, it is due to hormonal changes associated with the irregular period . Most female get use to this and some do not have any discomfort and some need medical intervention very soon.
******************************...
What are its symptoms ?

This depends on the individual female, nothing just irregularity of period or missing of the same to all kind of other unbearable problems like, unbearable pains of all kind, mental irritatation (mood swings), cold and hot flashes...
******************************...
what should one do after its onset?

See a gynacologist, this is curable with hormonal adjustment, Gynacologist will run test blood test and find out the hormonal level in blood and give drugs(birth control pills..) to adjust the level, the person can be as good as new, once the correct combination of the dose is recieved but it takes time to adjust the dose. The person may need some help to adjust the seretonnan level by taking certain mood related drugs also like Prozak.
Menopause is a stage in life when a woman stops having her monthly period. It is a normal part of aging, marking the end of a woman's reproductive years.Get enough calcium. A woman going through menopause needs 1000 mg to 1500 mg of calcium a day. Avoid excessive amounts of salt to reduce bloating associated with hormonal changes. More information and remedies at http://useinfo4.blogspot.com/
What is menopause?
Menopause is the end of menstruation. The word comes from the Greek mens, meaning monthly, and pausis, meaning cessation. Menopause is part of a woman's natural aging process when her ovaries produce lower levels of the hormones estrogen and progesterone and when she is no longer able to become pregnant.

Unlike a woman鈥檚 first menstruation, which starts on a single day, the changes leading up to menopause happen over several years. The average age for menopause is 52. But menopause commonly happens anytime between the ages of 42 and 56.

A woman can say she has begun her menopause when she has not had a period for a full year.

What is 鈥榩erimenopause鈥?
鈥楶erimenopause鈥?refers to the several years before menopause when a woman may begin experiencing the first signs of her menopausal transition. But many people use the term 鈥榤enopause鈥?for both the perimenopausal years as well as the few years following menopause.

What are the signs of menopause?
Menopause is a natural process that happens to every woman as she grows older, and is not a medical problem, disease or illness. Still, some women may have a hard time because of the changes in hormone levels during menopause.

There are many possible signs of menopause and each woman feels them differently. Most women have no or few menopausal symptoms while some women have many moderate or severe symptoms.

The clearest signs of the start of menopause are irregular periods (when periods come closer together or further apart), and when blood flow becomes lighter or heavier.

Other signs may include some of the following:

weight gain;
hot flashes;
insomnia;
night sweats;
vaginal dryness;
joint pain;
fatigue;
short-term memory problems;
bowel upset;
dry eyes;
itchy skin;
mood swings; and
urinary tract infections.
Most of the time, these symptoms will lessen or go away after a woman has finished menopause.

Do all women experience menopause in the same way?
Menopause experiences are different among individual women, and also among women in different cultures and in different parts of the world.

Research has shown that women鈥檚 experience of menopause can be related to many things, including genetics, diet, lifestyle and social and cultural attitudes toward older women.

For example:

Japanese women report fewer hot flashes and other symptoms.
Thai women record a high incidence of headaches.
Scottish women record fewer severe symptoms.
Greek women report a high rate of hot flashes.
Mayan women report no symptoms.
Some scholars wonder if the North American emphasis on youth and lack of respect for older people contributes to a more difficult menopausal transition here.

The typical North American diet, high in saturated fats and sugars, along with our in-active lifestyle and low childbirth rate, may also contribute to the physical complaints common to many North American women at menopause.

What is "induced" menopause?
"Induced", "sudden" or "surgical" menopause happens when a woman goes through an immediate and premature menopause. This occurs when her ovaries no longer produce the hormones estrogen, progesterone and testosterone.

This may be caused by:

surgery to remove your ovaries;
chemotherapy;
radiation treatment; or
ovarian malfunction.
Women going through induced menopause may have more severe menopausal symptoms, and are usually treated with hormone therapy.
How should I prepare for menopause?
Menopause is one of women鈥檚 many important natural life-stages. For some, it is a challenging period of difficult physical and emotional changes. For others, it is a time of personal growth and renewal. And for many women, it is both at the same time. They don't call it "Menopausal Zest" for nothing!

Here are some suggestions to help you enjoy your menopausal years to their fullest:

Learn about menopause through recent books, articles and other reading materials.
Talk to friends and relatives who have already gone through menopause.
Join a menopause or midlife support-group in your area.
Have a nutritious diet and enjoy regular exercise.
Manage your stress by balancing your work and social life.
Talk with your health care practitioner about your personal health concerns.
Know that you have choices and can take charge of your health.
Women reach a particular age (around 45) they gradually stop menstruating and experience hot flushes. It also affects their psyche. It is called menopause. One should take it gracefully and try to adjust with growing age rather than fighting with it.

What is menopause?

I just hear it a lot and have no clue what it meens!
Answer:
Menopause is when you stop having your period. Menos meaning menses, pause meaning stops.
Menopause can be natural (when you reach a certain age and stop producing enough hormones to sustain a pregnancy, thus stopping the monthly bleeding), chemical (as one caused by hormone therapy, chemotherapy or such) and surgical ( when they take out your ovaries and uterus).
It's something that women go through later in life. Their hormones can go out of wack and they stop their period.
Menopause is a stage in life when a woman stops having her monthly period. It is a normal part of aging, marking the end of a woman's reproductive years.Get enough calcium. Menopause is the end point of a woman's fertility.

The ovaries taper off their production of estrogen and the monthly menstrual cycle ceases. This happens, on average, in the early 50s.
It is the ending of Ovulation (no more preiods, No more pregnancy risk). That is a very very simple explination of what Menopause is. For more information ask your doctor.
Menopause effects women as young as 30 now.. This site describes a little bit of how.

Due to over preserved foods etc, our bodies are changing very rapidly.

What is lubrication?

Answer:
Lubrication, also called "lube" or "personal lubricant" is used in sex to make sex acts more pleasurable and slippery. The most popular brand is KY Jelly. It's usually available in the section of the drug store or grocery store where the condoms are kept.

My personal favorite is called Astroglide. It comes in a purple box and it's much smoother and silkier than KY.
Is this a joke? It's slippery stuff.
Lubrication is used to keep you from being dry. There's a brand called K-Y jelly which is a lubricant.
It is put into the engine to keep it from siezing up. It is put into your woman for the same reason.

What is light blue capsule with word mutual imprinted on both side?

Answer:
That would be Vibramycin. It should say either "Mutual 100" or "Mutual 105". It is the only blue pill Mutual has that's imprinted with their name instead of MP. It is a common antibiotic. It's used for things like Strep and the flu, but is commonly used for STDs (Chlamydia, Gonorrhoea, etc.) If this is your partner's pill, I'd say it's treating something you should know about.
Take the red pill instead.

Remember: all I'm offering is the truth, nothing more.
If you found this somewhere, toss it. If you found this in the pockets or other belongings of a family member, take it to your local pharmacy and ask the same question. Then have a talk with the person to whom it seems to belong. If necessary, get this individual to a doctor, in order to begin to discuss and the treat the problem. This may be part of a much bigger problem.

What Is it?

Every scince I have given birth to my son, I have been getting a wierd looking blister type thingbetween my leg and my vagina. It doesnt hurt most of the times but sometimes I cant even wear my underwear. It is kinda a deep purple/black color around it, the thing itself is either a pink or my skin color. Anything I can do to stop this?
Answer:
more then likely its a boil, or it could be a strep infection. you should use most heat on it so that it can come to a head and get what ever is in there out. i had one after i had each of my girls and each time i used mosit heat and it helped. if you are really concerned you can call your doctor and ask them what they want you to do. or they may tell you to go in and have it lanced. i would try the moist heat compresses and if that dont help in a day call the doctor. to make a moist heat compress take a hand towel and get it wet, but not sopping. then put it in the microwave for about 30 seconds. if its to hot to touch wait a minute or 2 and then apply to the area. keep it on for about 10 to 15 minutes or until the heat is gone. repet multiple times a day.
It sonds like a boil or something but try a cold compress on it.
yes make an appointment with your gyno !

What is it supposed to feel like after you lose your virginity?

My vajayjay is painin, is that normal?
Answer:
yeah its completly normal. some bleeding is normal too
It was a mistake.
Actually thats the first sign of pregnancy
A MALE WONDERS IF HE DID IT RIGHT

A FEMALE IS WORRIED IF SHES PREGNANT
First...ask yourself. Do you want to "bang bang" again? If yes, then it aint painful. Worth it.., so its normal.
Maybe you aint wet enough...enough foreplay before sex or just bang straight away?
yes its normal..its the first time to put anything in there,
your skin down there has never been stretched before,
so its normal to feel a little pain. if it hurts a lot for more then a week,...you should check with your doctor.

What is it like to be 16?

im turning16 in four days
Answer:
the same as being 15
hmm the exact same as any other age until 18 or 21?
you won't wake up in 4 days and feel one bit different than you did today, every year we all gain a little more responsibility and maturity but that won't just happen over night
For me 16 was a special time because of the fact that I was getting closer to becoming an adult and doing things that my mom had always done that I couldn't do before and also make some decisions without needing her permission depending on the subject.

Some 16 year old girls also look forward to getting their driver's license.

Congratulations on getting ready to turn 16.
the exact same as when your 15 !! you dont feel any different .... the only difference is that you can get into films that are of that age group (in ireland anyway ).
Happy Birthday in a few days (",)
i turned 16 a couple days ago n I honestly didn't notice anything different. It feels the exact same as 15 n any other age trust me. theres not much more freedom either so thats just a lie if anyone told u that.
It's nothing different than being 15.
not at all diferrent really- except that i could learn to drive..
Hard. Dont hang with boys, dont go for car rides with boys, dont leave the house till your 20. Good Life
