I know this is akward, but i am having a lot of clumps, and it isnt as smooth as usual. I am having a lot of cramping also... what could be the cause of this?

It is normal to have some clotting. It could be a result of change in eating habits or stress. If the clots get bigger than a quarter and come often check with your Dr. During this time try using a pad. sometimes tampons can cause extra clots.
its normal! dont worry just take some aleve and the cramps will get better!

Have you changed birth control recently?sometimes this will make changes to menstrual cycle.You may want to make an appointment with your OB/GYN Doctor to see if anything is going on or not just to be sure for yourself.
cramps is just ur uterus contracting thats what causes thee cramps.
