Lubrication, also called "lube" or "personal lubricant" is used in sex to make sex acts more pleasurable and slippery. The most popular brand is KY Jelly. It's usually available in the section of the drug store or grocery store where the condoms are kept.

My personal favorite is called Astroglide. It comes in a purple box and it's much smoother and silkier than KY.
