What is the best diet pill for reasnable money for men?

Answer:
Do NOT take diet pills! They are dangerous!!

Last year I was visiting my parents and took diet pills on top on my exercise routine and normal diet. I was 26 at the time, 5'11, 180 lbs. By week three I was sick. I had diarrhea, dry heaves, dizziness, headaches, and a general feeling of being sick. I thought I had caught the flu or something. I had lost 13 lbs in 4 days. One morning I told my mom I didn't feel good. My vision kept blacking out and I felt (for lack of a better way to say it) stoned. Later that afternoon I was walking from the bathroom to my bedroom (a 5 foot walk) and I passed out. I was rushed to the hospital emergency where they did a bunch of tests on me.

My pulse was up to 120, My blood pressure was 150/40, they had to start me on an IV, the did an EKG on me, took blood and urine samples, and a whole barrage of other tests.

They finally got me stabilized and said that I was dehydrated and malnutritioned. I told him that I took diet pills. When I mentioned diet pill, the doctors face lit up and said that's why. He said they can cause a whole bunch of health problems, including death. He told me to toss the diet pills or next time I might not be so lucky.

I was kept in the hospital for almost 10 hours, given 3 or 4 IVs, potassium, juices, and monitored (by the EKG, blood pressure, and heart rate machines) every 15 minutes.

Please take my story as a warning. If you seriously want to loose weight there are better ways (I know because I've lost weight after this)

The quickest way to lose weight is to cut out red meats, starches, breads, sugars, alcohol, and sodas.

Eat veggies (salads are good), soups, and drink TONS of water. If you get hungry between a meal, drink water to fill up.

In moderation eat white meats, and fruits (fruits contain natural sugars, and that can put on weight)

Practice portion control. Yes, you'll feel hungry at first, but think of your goal, and soon your stomach will start shrinking and you won't have that feeling anymore.

Eat 5 times a day. A small breakfast. A mid-morning snack, such as an apple. A small lunch. A mid-afternoon snack, such as carrots. A lite dinner. Do not eat any later than 7pm (6pm is better.)

Go exercise for at least an hour - two a day, incorporating weight training along with your cardio. Cardio helps to melt the fat, while weight training builds muscle. Muscle burns fat, even when you are resting. You get the idea. It also gives tone and definition. Also do a few yoga and pilates exercises to help tone those hard to reach and stubborn areas.
I'll tell you this right now: diet pills do NOT work.

They basically do nothing, and can have some pesky side effects. It's just a way for companies to take advantage of people who are desperate to lose weight, which is pretty mean.

If diet pills actually worked, do you think there would be so many overweight people in this world? No. Everyone would be skinny, so there's your proof.

The only safe and effective way to lose weight is diet and exercise. I know, that's the last thing you want to hear, but it's the truth. If you're serious about losing weight then you have to put some will power into it.

Think of how proud you will be once you work for it and succeed! Good luck and best wishes! :)
You should first of all make sure that there is no underlying issue such as a thyroid problem that causes your extra weight and will prohibit you from losing weight no matter what product you take until that issue is resolved.

Xenical works great if you are really overweight but you can definitely count on rather frequent bowls afterwards. I know many people that have lost weight with this but you would have to be considered obese to actually get a prescription for it.

I myself dropped from 200lbs. to 120lbs. but first of all had to get my thyroid treated (nothing was happening before that). I changed my entire diet to organic, Mediterranean and all natural, no preserves, additives and began a work out program 2-3 times a week, specifically tallied to me by a personal trainer (costs less than diet pills).

Before work out I take 3 L-Carnitine Capsules (=900 dose) as L-Carnitine aids the burning of fat. You have to imagine that(very simplified) L-Carnitine is the vehicle that drives the fat cell to the furnace to be burned. Without enough L-Carnitine fat cells cannot be driven there.

But just taking L-Carnitine won't do you any good. Research shows that it only works to supplement aerobic training. The link to one of the studies below, more through google.

Good luck! And don't fall for Hoodia and all those other "miracle" supplements. It will not be easy and it is not what you want to hear, but no diet or pill will help you be healthier and stay slender if you don't change your over all diet and begin to excercise. (Hint: Exercise regularly and it will boost your energy and not take it!)
none, they are dangerous and stupid
As previous mentioned, Xenical is the only registered drug for weight loss, with significant side effects.

You could buy many non prescription drugs, but mos won't work. There are a few exceptions.

The best one is Hoodia Gordonii. It's is a cactus from the Kalahari desert, home of the San People. The San have been using Hoodia for centuries to stave off hunger during their long and arduous hunting trips in the harsh South African wild.
So, it reduces your hunger feeling and you will eat less. There are no side effects while taking this supplement, since it's a natural product.

It's now available everywhere, but you need the supplements which use pure Hoodia. About 80% of Hoodia is fake. For more information please check the Squidoo:

It's true that a diet pill alone will have a longterm effect. You need to combine this with exercise and diet.

Cheers
Diep
