ah yes.i have 2 asnwers ^-^
1:it is a wet dream or having an orgasm while sleeping from a sexual dream of sorts!
2:its a disorder that causes you to try and have sex... even rape or strangle a partner in your sleep! Disturbing and weird condition related to sleep walking.
i myself was curious about it the first time i heard it too~though as dangerous as the disorder sounds it can also be fainting from sexual pleasure...such as having sex and your body over-rides and the pleasures causes you to faint~

There was something about this on a hospital soapy "all saints". Basically a person sleepwalks and has random sex with strangers. They say its a sleep disorder, not a sex disorder.
